Subletting is a great way to earn extra income to help offset some of the running costs of Caravan Holiday Home Ownership. We offer a fully managed service to give you peace of mind when subletting, and many Owners currently sublet their Caravan Holiday Home with us.

With the current economic climate, airline surcharges and worries over the stability of the overseas market, the appeal of having a holiday within the UK is growing. Subletting gives you the confidence of knowing your Holiday Home is in safe reputable hands and will be sublet. You’ll also benefit from the security of dealing with a leading UK Holiday Operator.

Guaranteed Letting Agreement

In your first year of caravan Holiday Home Ownership, you can join our Guaranteed Letting Agreement (GLA). The amount of income guaranteed can be used to offset the purchase price of your Holiday Home or put towards your site fees for your second year of ownership. Your Holiday Home will be left in top condition after each use and any lost or damaged standard inventory will be replaced.

Please note: Holiday Homes must be 5 years old or newer to be included in the Guaranteed Letting Agreement.

Premier Holiday Home Subletting Service

We also offer a Premier Subletting Service which offers you the chance to earn income during key periods of the year. If you sublet for a minimum number of peak weeks a year you’ll be offered a full range of benefits including:

Guaranteed letting for all peak holiday weeks provided
Maximum 24 hour response time to any phone query regarding your account
Replacement of standard inventory

One deep clean of your caravan during the season

Please note: Subletting is available at all Parks, with the exception of Far Grange

Standard Caravan Subletting

Even if you don’t wish to join either of the two schemes above, you can still sublet your caravan. Our service commitments remain the same although the benefits will not be as great as through either the Guaranteed Letting Agreement or the Premier Subletting Scheme
