With Holiday Home Ownership you’ll be able to use all that the Park offers to holidaymakers whenever and however you want to. Owning a Holiday Home offers you a host of benefits and privileges and you’ll also become a member of Owners Exclusive having a team of people dedicated to the care and service of all our Owners.

Owners' Facilities

As an Owner at many of our Parks, you’ll be able to use facilities that are provided for the exclusive use of Owners. You’ll be able to read the paper in the Owners’ Only lounge, many of which provide free tea and coffee plus WiFi access. Or you can work out in the Owners’ Only gym before relaxing in the Jacuzzi and sauna. Some Parks even have their own luxury spas, treatment rooms and swimming pools*.

Privilege Plus Card

Every Owner will be given their own Privilege Plus Card which provides you with access to all the Park facilities, venues and exclusive Owner events. You can also use the card as a pre-payment card providing you with an easier way to pay on Park plus, every time you charge money to the card, you’ll receive an extra 15%, giving you much more spending power. Children can also have their own card, so that money can be charged to it and they won’t need to carry cash around with them. You’ll have 10 Privilege Plus cards allocated to you to give to your friends and family to use so they can join you.

Dress up or down, it’s up to you. Either way, the exclusive Owners’ parties are unmissable. There’s always something special lined up for these events, from live bands and themed acts to dancers and comedians.

Big Weekend - Owners' Only Event at UK Holiday Home Sales Parks

Big Weekends

These monthly events are jam-packed with great entertainment. In the evenings there are some great themed parties such as Country and Western, Eurovision and 60’s music.

Experience Days

Experience Days give you the opportunity to try something you’ve always wanted to do, but never had the chance. How about going undercover as a spy, learning salsa or ballroom dancing, starring in your own TV production or handling a real bird of prey? These are just some of the experiences our Owners have enjoyed.

Wine Club

Whether you know nothing about wine or are a bit of a connoisseur, our expert wine teacher will guide you through a wonderful world of new tastes and experiences. Learn to discern your Beaujolais from your Bordeaux, and you’ll be able to buy some exceptional wines at really great prices, all for an annual fee of £5 per person.

We’ll keep you updated with what’s going on at the Park through ‘Park Life’, our quarterly Owners newsletter. ‘Park Life’ also includes a range of exclusive offers for you to take advantage of, including free meals for kids, free carvery meals and various shop and bar offers.

No age restriction at UK Holiday Home Sales Parks

No Age Restriction on Your Caravan

Unlike many operators who require you to change your caravan every 5-10 years, no such restriction applies to our Parks, so you can enjoy your Holiday Home for as long as you like.
